Keep the preparation discreet
Think about when your partner will be away from the setup and how you will return together. Delivery, installation, photography and removal need to fit the property’s rules. LED candles are listed in the collections; any other décor or effects must be approved for the specific space.

Marina’s proposal collection and your hotel reservation are separate arrangements. Agree what the proposal quote covers and what you need to organise with the property. If you want dinner afterwards, distinguish a styled table for two from room service, a restaurant meal or catering.

Can I decorate a terrace or suite?
Only if the property approves the plan. Space, installation, candles, music and any effects must be checked beforehand.
Does the collection include accommodation or dinner?
Do not assume that it does. Check the package inclusions and agree hotel costs, food and venue arrangements separately.
